Warth Joins Liberty

Philadelphia Office Welcomes New VP of Development

Christopher L. Warth has joined Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) as vice president of development. He will lead the execution of new projects in Philadelphia and Malvern, PA.

Warth brings his experience in project development, construction management and real estate consultation, having previously served in senior management positions for Binswanger Real Estate, Bank of America, Jones Lang LaSalle, Quadrangle Development and Clark Construction. His noteworthy projects include Liberty's own Comcast Center in Philadelphia, the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City, the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC and the BWI Airport Conversion in Baltimore.

"Chris’s experiences on both sides of the table - in real estate development and as a corporate user - give him unique perspective regarding the needs of our tenants," said John Gattuso, senior vice president and regional director for Liberty. "He’s collaborated with some of America’s top architects, built projects in 14 states and understands the local market. He’s going to be a tremendous asset to our team."

Originally trained as a civil engineer at the University of Maryland, Warth holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a licensed broker in three Mid-Atlantic states, and has been active in numerous community and charitable endeavors over the years.
