Boulder Group Closes Sale of Retail Bldg.
Private investor Parkside Portfolio I A LLC acquired the Walgreens property at 2345 W. 103rd St. in Chicago, IL, from Sgb Beverly LLC for $7.5 million or $549 per square foot.
The single tenant retail building was built in 2004 and measures 13,650 square feet on the intersection of West 103rd Street and South Western Avenue. The structure is leased to Walgreens with 15 more years remaining on the original 25-year lease term.
The Boulder Group’s Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman represented seller. The buyer, a West Coast-based institution, was self-represented.
