Wal-Mart purchased Tech Plaza Shopping Center from Pittsburgh, PA-based J.J. Gumberg Co. for at $9.35 million, or about $30 per square foot.
The plaza's two southeast outlots were not included. The 315,376-square-foot retail building was built in 1962 and renovated in 1998.
Robert Irr represented the seller, and Wal-Mart used in-house representation.
