Mill Creek Sold 5.2 Acres for Future 154,000-SF Walmart

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. acquired the 5.15-acre parcel at 1302 SW 10th Ave. in Battle Ground, WA from Mill Creek of Battleground I LLC for $4.9 million.
The future 154,000-square-foot planned Wal-Mart store is expected to open in 2014. In addition, the land sold after Clark County of Washington completed an improvement project on the property.
