A family trust purchased the Victor Valley self-storage facility at 12250 Ridgecrest Rd. in Victorville, CA for $3.3 million, or about $50 per square foot, from a private trust. The sale represents the buyer's upleg in a 1031 exchange.
The self-storage facility was built in 2004, totals 65,699 square feet, and sits on 4.2 acres located at the southwest corner of Ridgecrest Rd. and Lindero St., just off of Bear Valley Rd. to the north, in San Bernardino County.
