Gregory B. Valladao, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield's retail capital markets group in Arizona has been promoted to senior managing director and market leader of the firm's Phoenix operations. In this new role, Valladao will oversee the firm's overall business objectives, day-to-day operations, and strategic growth initiative.
Valladao has more than 15 years of experience in the Phoenix commercial real estate
market, having served with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona since May 2011. During that time he has been involved in the development, purchase or sale of more than 110 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet and valued at roughly $1.15 billion. He also advises institutional clients on site analysis, underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions of retail centers and land while utilizing his management and legal experience.

Valladao earned his bachelor's degree with a double major in political science and history from Tulane University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law.
