Miami-Dade College purchased the 14-story InterAmerican Plaza from Shavuot Realty, Ltd. for $25 million, or about $142 per square foot.
Located at 701 SW 27th Ave. in Miami's Little Havana, the 175,000-square-foot
office building was constructed in 1974 and most recently renovated in 2001. The building features nearly 700 parking spaces. The property sits adjacent to the college’s existing InterAmerican Campus in the heart of Little Havana. Miami Dade College has been a tenant in this building for over a decade.
