Universal Buys 101 Acres in Orlando

Buyer Plans to Expand Theme Park

Universal Orlando acquired 101 acres in Orlando, FL, where it plans to expand its theme park project.

Highland REIT sold the vacant land for approximately $27.5 million. The parcel is located off W. Sand Lake Rd. and S. Kirkman Rd. in Orange County.

David Murphy, Monica Wonus and Robert McEwan of CBRE represented the seller.
