United Glass, a commercial glass manufacturing and servicing company, signed a new lease for 22,000 square feet in the Shingle Creek Commerce Center I at 6820 Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center, MN.
The 156,870-square-foot, single-story industrial facility in northwest Minneapolis was constructed in 1973. Current owner 6820 Shingle Creek Parkway Holdings purchased the building from Prudential Real Estate Investments in 2000 for $4.795 million, according to CoStar information.
Brent Masica of Cushman & Wakefield \ NorthMarq represented United Glass in the transaction, while Noam Newman of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord.
