Jeremiah "JJ" Unger, formerly a broker at NAI Norris, Beggs, & Simpson, has now transferred to KW Commercial Portland Central. Unger’s specialty is retail and restaurant spaces, and he will join Jim Gillespie, Kronan Hoffman and John Gibson. He is now in place as the director of retail at KW Commercial's rare form strategies group.
Unger was a broker at NAI NBS for more than eight years. While with the company, he represented many retail tenants and landlords in the Portland metro area, closing deals for Umpqua Bank, Planet Fitness, Texas Roadhouse, General Growth Properties, Quattro Development. He is involved in ICSC, and currently serves as the ICSC Next Generation State Chair.
The move is a change that Unger is excited about, and he says that he is already "rockin' n rollin'" over at KW Commercial. "KW Commercial allows the brokers to decide how best to manage the marketing for their clients," he added, which is why he choose to join the, "fastest growing commercial group in the United States."
Unger graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's of business administration in entrepreneurship, finance and real estate.
