UnCommon Carrier, Inc., which specializes in professional trucking, warehousing, logistics and intermodal services, signed a long-term lease for 157,822 square feet at the industrial building located at 700 Bartley Chester Rd. in Mount Olive, NJ.
The single-story building will be completely occupied by UnCommon Carrier. It was built in 1982 on 19.6 acres in the Route 80 Corridor Industrial submarket of Morris County.
Senior vice president John Schilp and vice president Barry Cohorsky of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord, 700 Bartley Chester Road LLC.
"The tenant's distribution operation called for a centrally located facility that is well-maintained, freestanding and easily divisible," Schilp said. "This site clearly meets all of those needs."
