UTX), a high technology product and services company, signed a new 15-year lease for 107,654 square feet of
office space at 8 Farm Springs Road in Farmington, CT. The company will occupy the entire two-story
office building on or around September 1.
Developed in 1980, the property is currently owned by GTC REIT Inc. and is on about 10.53 acres, according to CoStar information. The building is about 20 minutes east of Hartford.
