A 2.8 million-square-foot industrial portfolio spanning three major Atlanta submarkets is now under new ownership. A USAA Real Estate Co. affiliate purchased the 100 percent leased buildings from Prologis. The three properties house Home Depot USA Inc., Owens Corning Insulating Systems LLC and PETCO Animal Supplies Stores Inc.
The Georgia assets include:
- Home Depot Distribution Center is 1.2 million square feet at 335 Greenwood Place in McDonough in the South Clayton/Henry County Industrial submarket;
- Owens Corning Distribution Center is 1.04 million square feet at 8095 McLarin Road in Palmetto in the Airport/North Clayton Industrial submarket;and,
- PETCO Animal Supplies Inc. is approximately 506,000 square feet at 930 Highway 124 in Braselton in the Braselton/West Jackson Industrial submarket.
