The following is an account of the Phoenix market's top five office lease transactions for second quarter 2012.
QBE Insurance Group leased the entire 183,000-square-foot building at 2700 W Frye Road in Chandler. Greg Bast and Wally Hale of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Colton Trauter and Bill Blake of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Regent Properties, Inc.
State Farm Insurance subleased 140,000 square feet in Papago Buttes Corporate Plaza at 1500 N Priest Drive in Tempe. Jones Lang LaSalle represented both sides of the transaction. John Pierson represented the tenant, while Don Mudd, John Bonnell and Brett Abramson represented the sublessor, University of Phoenix.
Infusionsoft, Inc. leased the entire 92,109-square-foot building in Allred Park Place at 1260 S Spectrum Blvd. in Chandler. Eric Jones of Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant. Mark Krison, Scott German and Carole Uhrig of CBRE represented the landlord, Douglas Allred Company.
Dignity Health leased 63,426 square feet in Airport Tech Center at 4129 E Van Buren St. in Phoenix. Michael Sayre and Larry Downey of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant. Jim Fijan, Jerry Roberts and Corey Hawley of CBRE represented the landlord, Arden Realty, Inc.
District Medical Group leased 56,530 square feet in Park Central at 3110 N Central Ave. in Phoenix. Paul Blum of Kasten Long Commercial Group represented the tenant. Charles Miscio, Greg McMillan and Niki Ward of Colliers International represented the landlord, Pensus Group LLC.
