Tyler Equipment Corp., a Connecticut-based construction equipment company, acquired the 16,968-square-foot retail building at 1980 Wilbur Cross Highway in Berlin, CT, from Bernhard Associates for $1.75 million, or about $103 per square foot.
Built in 1965, the property is on 4.78 acres. The structure was previously occupied by Eastern Equipment, a construction equipment company. Tyler Equipment was the tenant in the building at the time of purchase.
The buyer and seller were self-represented.
