OR Resolutions LLC sold the industrial building at 61573 American Loop in Bend, OR to Two Old Hippies LLC for $1.48 million, or about $49 per square foot.
The 30,357-square-foot, single-story industrial property was constructed in 1999 on 2.2 acres in the Deschutes County submarket of Portland. The distribution building features a loading dock, large drive-in bay and 1,800-amp heavy power.
