Trosa Commercial Pays $1.5M for Retail Space in Durham

Wal-Mart Realty Sells Prior Wal-Mart Location

Trosa Commercial, a North Carolina-based nonprofit association, acquired a nearly 120,000-square-foot retail property in Durham, NC from Wal-Mart Realty Co. for $1.2 million, or about $13 per square foot

The property delivered in 1991 at 3502 North Roxboro St. in the Oxford Commons and used to operate as a Wal-Mart.

David Allen and Dawn Prince-Hoover of The Shopping Center Group represented the seller. The buyer did not use an external representative.
