TriQuest Mgmt Co Buys Rancho Del Oro Commerce Ctr

95,000-SF Oceanside Industrial Park Trades for $12.8M

TriQuest Management Company purchased the Rancho Del Oro Commerce Center in Oceanside, CA from Maj Investor LP for $12.75 million, or about $134 per square foot.

The four-building, multi-tenant industrial park at 4055-4065 Oceanside Blvd. totals 93,160 square feet. The assets were built in 1991 on a 6.5-acre parcel.

Mark Avilla of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. Josh McFadyen of Colliers International represented the seller.
