Andrina Shields has joined the Phoenix office of Transwestern as a vice president of multifamily investment services. She will work with the team of multifamily brokers to assist owners with operations, analysis, value-add opportunities, and the revitalization of troubled assets.
A co-founder of Heads on Beds, a consultancy group advising the owners of multifamily properties on adding value to their holdings, Shields brings more than 25 years of industry experience.
"Andrina gives us a level of expertise that simply doesn’t exist at other Phoenix-area brokerages that deal with multifamily communities," said Jack Hannum, vice president at Transwestern. "She fortifies the authenticity and substance of our practice. And with a background in both operations and management, she can advise asset owners, investors and capital sources on finding innovative solutions for each opportunity and transaction."
Shields previously served as a regional manager at Alliance Residential, where she oversaw the operation of 3,500 units for multiple owners. More recently she served as a regional manager for Gray Clow Residential Development Group, and while at Heads on Beds her client list included Prime Group, Heers Management Co., Pacific Property, and Arizona Multi-Housing Association (AZAMA). Shields most recently held the title of vice president at Heers Management.
