Sports SA Holdings selected Transwestern to oversee its four-story, 128,347-square-foot South Texas Medical Center at 21 Spurs Lane in San Antonio, TX.
Completed in 2006, the medical
office building is more than 90 percent leased to such tenants as South Texas Radiology, Texas Plastic Surgery, Sports Medicine Associates, Impact Physicians of Texas and Stadia Spa.
Russell T. Noll, CCIM, CPM, managing director, Alan Grilliette, managing director, Ken Adams, senior vice president, and Kathy Nielsen, property manager, will provide management services at building. Leasing team will include vice president Amber Austin and Licia Shreves, senior marketing coordinator.
