Joseph Polise has joined Transwestern's office in Parsippany, NJ as vice president of construction management. In this role, Polise will work with the firm's property management and leasing teams to oversee construction management throughout the Northeast.
Polise joins Transwestern from Avison Young, where he served as director of construction in New York. Before that he served as senior manager at Walsh Company in Westchester. He specializes in construction cost estimating and value engineering for office, retail and industrial properties, drawing on his experience in architectural, engineering, construction, project review and business development.

An architect by trade, Polise earned his bachelor's degree in environmental science from Montclair State University, with a concentration in urban planning. He studied architecture at the New York Institute of Technology.
