Kristi Farley, a commercial real estate
expert and workplace strategist, joined Transwestern's Atlanta office to further expand its tenant advisory services (TAS) group.
As vice president with the firm, Farley will work work alongside Transwestern's managing directors Clark Dena and Bradley Fulkerson to build the firm's transaction sciences platform and maximize business value for users of space.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Farley was managing director with Newmark's Global Corporate Services and Consulting Group in New York. She also worked as a workplace strategist for UGL/Equis where she specialized in top line revenue and productivity improvements on behalf of her tenant clients. Farley also has extensive space planning knowledge from her experience as a strategic designer and account manager for Interior Architects after graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in interior architecture.
