Transwestern expanded its tenant advisory platform with the addition of Roy Reis and William Sale as vice presidents of tenant advisory services.
Reis brings experience from his role as an account executive with the National Commercial Real Estate Co. in Dallas, having represented various companies in both office and industrial markets. At Transwestern, Reis will target strategic portfolio planning and management for local and national corporate clients, and develop business solutions to aide clients in making optimal real estate decisions.
Reis graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business, and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
Sale joins Transwestern with 14 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market at CNL Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis, where he represented both landlords and tenants. Sale's concentration is in creative real estate solutions for his tenant clients.
Sale began his commercial real estate career with The Swearingen Group following his graduation from Southern Methodist University with a degree in real estate finance.
