April 14, 2014
Transwestern's Chicago office has hired Andrew G. Kelly as executive vice president of the firm’s tenant advisory services team. Kelly brings 18 years of industry experience, specializing in large professional services firms with multiple locations.

Kelly comes to Transwestern from Advocate Advisors, where he was a principal broker. In his career, Kelly has completed more than 3 million square feet of deals valued at more than $1 billion. His client roster includes K&L Gates, Heidrich & Struggles, Orbitz, Punch Bowl Social and Latham & Watkins.

Kelly earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Transwestern also recently added Bradley Migdal to its Chicago industrial team in Rosemont, IL. Migdal, a 10-year industry veteran, will serve as executive managing director of industrial site selection, joining the new 25-person industrial team that Transwestern brought on through the acquisition of Epic Realty Partners in January 2014.

Migdal most recently worked as managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s global corporate services consulting practice, and during his time in the industry has represented a number of Fortune 1000 companies in corporate real estate projects.

Migdal earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and a Master of Law in taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
