Craig Trottier has joined Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) as senior vice president in the company's Houston office. Trottier's primary role is to oversee and source retail investment and development opportunities in the Houston area.
Trottier has more than 25 years of commercial real estate
experience, with a background that includes due diligence, site selection, design, feasibility analysis, tenant relationship, leasing, management of development teams, and governmental entitlements.
Before joining TCC, Trottier worked as vice president of development for CenterCal Properties in Salt Lake City. He has also operated in several senior development capacities at Lauth Property Group, Land Capital Group and Developers Diversified Realty Corp. In seven Western states, he has overseen development of large retail and mixed-use centers, totaling more than $1.2 billion in value.
Trottier is a graduate of Weber State University in Ogden, UT, where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance and associate of science in sales and retailing. He acquired a Master’s Degree in marketing and finance from Utah State University.
