Los Angeles-based Trammell Crow Co. appointed Don Little as senior vice president in its San Francisco office.
Little will be responsible for expanding the company's portfolio of new developments in Northern California, as well as overseeing the development of new properties through the construction and marketing approval phases.
Before joining Trammell Crow, Little was president and CEO of Don Little Group, where he was the primary advisor on more than nine million square feet of industrial and office assets throughout Northern California. Prior to overseeing his own firm, he served as senior vice president of development and bay area operations for Harsh Investment Properties. Some of his more high-profile projects include the eight million-square-foot Pacific Commons mixed use development, the 1.3 million-square-foot Fleet Industrial Supply Center and the four million-square-foot Southshore Corporate Park.
Little received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
