A joint venture of Trammell Crow Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors has started construction of 929 Office Tower, a 19-story, 462,000-square-foot office tower in Puget Sound's expanding Bellevue market.
The project at 929 108th Avenue North, north of the intersection of NE 8th and 108th Avenue NE, will be ready for occupancy in December 2015. It matches Trammell Crow, one of the most active developers in the country, with Principal, one of the nation's largest institutional real estate managers.
Targeting LEED Gold certification, it's the first office tower to be built under Bellevue's new energy savings code, incorporating sustainable design features and building control systems to lower operating costs.
Tom Bohman, senior vice president; Pete Hollomon, senior vice president, and Lennon Atteberry, associate with CBRE’s Bellevue office, have been appointed to lease and market the project. LMN Architects is the lead architect and Lease Crutcher Lewis is the general contractor.
