Jeffrey Black and Burke Weismann have moved from Grubb & Ellis and joined CB Richard Ellis in San Jose as senior vice presidents.
Black has been an active commercial real estate agent in the Northern California market for 32 years, representing clients such as AT&T, eBay, Netflix and General Electric. He specializes in tenant representation and portfolio management, and was named "Top Advisor" in Grubb & Ellis' Silicon Valley office seven times.
Weismann has 32 years of experience in the Silicon Valley market specializing in institutional sales and leases of industrial and R&D properties. He has sold more than 700 acres in Silicon Valley for development projects, and was recognized as one of Grubb's top five brokers nationally in 2005.
