Three Tenants Sign for 25,755 SF at Bowie Plaza

Regency Centers inked three tenants to new leases at Bowie Plaza at 6824 Laurel Bowie Road in Bowie, MD.

Fitness 4 Less opened up its fifth location in the Washington, DC/Baltimore region by leasing 21,750 square feet. The health club has more than 3,000 members.

Also leasing space in Bowie Plaza are Peeper's Family Eye Care and Dunkin Donuts. Peeper's signed for 2,400 square feet and Dunkin Donuts took 1,600 square feet.

Bowie Plaza is a 102,904-square-foot retail shopping center with tenants including Subway, M&T Bank and Burger King.

Robert Rust of Iron Ox Development represented Fitness 4 Less and Peeper's Family Eye Care was represented by Marc Rosendorf of the Law Offices of Marc Rosendorf.
