Three Brokers Leave JLL to Join Kidder Mathews

February 7, 2018
A real estate team with more than 75 years of combined commercial real estate experience has left JLL to join Kidder Mathews’ new El Segundo, CA office.

Brokers Luke Staubitz, Harvey Beesen and Andrew Dilfer have been named executive vice presidents and partners with the firm.

Staubitz said the fact Kidder Mathews is quickly expanding across Southern California helped attract the team to the firm.

"There is something very unique and compelling about the way Kidder Mathews structures their business, and we feel it is the best platform to support us in serving our clients at the highest level," Staubitz said in a statement.

Beeson said the entrepreneurial atmosphere is also a draw.

"Our decision to join Kidder has everything to do with the entrepreneurial and nimble culture, the opportunity to become owners with other top industry professionals, and the high level of support and systems they provide," Beeson said in a statement.

Both Staubitz and Beesen are members of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). Dilfer holds the Global Logistics Specialist, or GLS, designation.

The team specializes in industrial properties in the South Bay and the Los Angeles International Airport submarket. Most recently, the trio held similar roles at JLL in El Segundo and before that were with The Klabin Group in Torrance.

Over the past two years, Kidder Mathews has grown to 21 offices with more than 700 professionals, making it one of the largest independently-owned and fastest-growing commercial real estate firms on the West Coast.
