The Robhana Group Secures $16.5 Million Construction Loan for 1716 Main

New Downtown Walnut Creek Apt. Project to Offer 48 Units, Feature Car Stacking System

The Robhana Group, out of Los Angeles, has secured $16.5 million in construction financing for the development of a new 48-unit apartment project in downtown Walnut Creek, CA.

The five-story mid-rise will go vertical on a roughly half-acre site off I-680 and within walking distance of the BART-Walnut Creek station at 1716 N. Main St. The building will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and include 2,700 square feet of street-level retail space.

Additionally, the project will be one of the first in the area to offer an automated car stacking system. On-site amenities will also include a rooftop jacuzzi and sun beds.

Quantum Capital Partners arranged the loan, which features an eight-year term with a fixed-rate interest only component during the first three years of the loan.
