Eric Helstrom, AIA, LEED AP has joined The Hampshire Companies as a senior project manager.
Senior vice president of architecture and construction at Chelsea Group, Inc. for the past 11 years, Helstrom will bring years of construction and development experience to his new position with Hampshire. At Chelsea he opened 7.5 million square feet of retail space.
Having received his bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in architecture, Helstrom went on to obtain his Master’s Degree in real estate development at the University of Southern California School of Urban and Regional Planning. In addition, he is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the America Institute of Architects (AIA), the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Following graduation, Helstrom built his career from the ground up, founding his own real estate consulting company. As the founder and president of H+3 LLC, Helstrom managed retail projects in Brazil, Asia and the U.S.
