He graduated from Berklee College of Music, and moved to Las Vegas to start a successful music career that spanned 23 years and ranged from Las Vegas productions to world tours with top recording artists.
Mays started his commercial real estate career with Sperry Van Ness in 2006. After he graduated from Cal State University Long Beach, he played professional golf for three years.
Brooks previously leased a real estate portfolio topping one million square feet for a local firm, and also worked as a marketing representative for a title insurance company. He currently attends University of Las Vegas and is also pursuing his CCIM designation.
Neiger joined The Equity Group in 2011 and has amassed $5.5 million in transactions leasing more than 134,000 square feet across all property types. Neiger owned his own business while attending the University of Las Vegas where he graduated summa cum laude with department honors. He is a member of NAIOP's developing leader institute and is active in local events and fundraisers like Family to Family Connection's "Touch A Truck" event.
"This is an exciting time for us. We are adding great brokers and growing leadership from within The Equity Group," said Brendan Keating, principal of The Equity Group. "With the market showing good momentum, we continue to see year-over-year growth and opportunities for expansion."
