Texas-based ice cream maker Blue Bell Creameries leased 29,318 square feet of industrial space in Miramar Park of Commerce.
Blue Bell signed a five-year lease with Sunbeam Properties that includes a 16,000-square-foot freezer. The company primarily serves the Southeast and Midwest United States.
The facility is at 10405-10491 N. Commerce Drive in Miramar, FL. It was constructed in 2000 and totals 117,272 square feet. Miramar Park of Commerce consists of 540 acres in various stages of development. The project began in 1985 with plans to build out 6 million square feet of office/service, laboratory, light manufacturing and distribution space.
