Tempo Automation Moving HQ to San Francisco's Alameda St.

Byer California Signs Electronics Company to 55,700-SF Deal

Tempo Automation, a rapid electronics prototyping company, leased 55,700 square feet at 2450-2460 Alameda St. in San Francisco where the company will establish its corporate headquarters.

Tempo Automation's lease includes two 15,400-square-foot floors, a 5,100-square-foot mezzanine space and an additional 18,000 square feet of adjacent space.

The 55,800-square-foot industrial facility offers ample size and configuration to suit a variety of production, R&D, distribution and creative needs.

Sean Ford and Trevor Griffith of Starboard TCN Worldwide Real Estate represented the landlord, Byer California. Andrew Ballart and RC Hildebrand of HC&M Commercial Properties represented the tenant.
