Kurtsam Realty acquired the Tarrytown Centre at 124-134 and 135-139 Wildey St. in Tarrytown, NY from Acadia Realty for $12.8 million, or about $366 per square foot.
124-134 Wildey is a single-story, 9,379-square-foot retail building built in 1956. 135-139 Wildey is a single-story retail building built in 1976. The center is located in Westchester County and was 94-percent leased at the time of the sale with Walgreen's as the anchor tenant. The property will be managed in-house by the new owner.
