DCT Industrial Trust purchased the industrial facility at 3260 Meridian Parkway in Weston, FL from Targetti Poulsen USA, Inc. for $3.45 million, or about $96 per square foot.
The 35,901-square-foot building was constructed in 1996 in the Meridian Business Campus in Broward County.
David Wigoda and Steven Wasserman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
