Targa Resources signed an 11-year lease for 101,600 square feet of office space at the Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown Houston.
Wells Fargo Plaza stands 71-stories and totals 1.7 million square feet of office space. The Class A office building is at 1000 Louisiana St. and was built in 1983. Targa Resources will expand from its subleased space in October to occupy floors 43 through 46. Targa is the leading provider of midstream natural gas and NGL services in the United States.
