TJ Maxx and Home Goods signed a 10-year lease for a 50,000-square-foot space in the retail building at 605-689 E. Dundee Road in Palatine, IL. The retailers are scheduled to open a combined store this summer.
The new location is part of Deer Grove Centre, a 353,173-square-foot shopping center anchored by major retailer Target. Neighboring stores include Famous Footwear, Petco, Payless Shoe Source, Staples, Dress Barn and Dominick's.
