Bridge Development Partners completed its trade of the four-story Sysmex Corporate Center
office building in Lincolnshire, IL, to Cole Real Estate Investments for $49.7 million, or about $305 per square foot.
The office property was delivered in 2009 at 555 Aptakisic Road in Chicago’s Central North neighborhood. It totals 162,000 square feet and the sole tenant is Sysmex Corp., a manufacturer of laboratory testing devices.
Jaime Fink and Jeff Bramson of HFF represented the seller, while Cole utilized in-house representation.
