October 19, 2012
Swift Realty Partners traded two office buildings at Concord Plaza in Concord, CA, to DivcoWest Properties for $94 million or $157 per square foot.

The nine-story property at 2000 Clayton Road totals 395,914 square feet and the six-story building at 2001 Clayton Road totals 203,642 square feet. Both assets delivered in 1986.
