Swift Realty Partners traded two office buildings at Concord Plaza in Concord, CA, to DivcoWest Properties for $94 million or $157 per square foot.
Bank of America fully occupies the two structures, which total 559,556 square feet in the East Bay/Oakland area.
The nine-story property at 2000 Clayton Road totals 395,914 square feet and the six-story building at 2001 Clayton Road totals 203,642 square feet. Both assets delivered in 1986.
BoA sold the two buildings, which were part of a larger 1.08 million-square-foot portfolio, to Swift Realty last summer.
Mike Seifer, Rob Hielscher, Aaron Herter and Daniel Renz of Jones Lang LaSalle listed the property for Swift Realty.
