Group Moving Operations to 9100 Foothills Blvd.
Sutter Health leased 295,000 square feet in the Hewlett Packard Campus in Roseville, CA. The Class A
office building at 9100 Foothills Blvd. will serve as a new Shared Services Center. The company plans to add 1,000 new jobs in the first 18 months of opening.
Built in 1988, the structure totals 312,403 square feet on 59.1 acres. The property is zoned M1/SA. It has approximately 1,375 parking spaces. The building features food service, on-site property management and a bio-tech/lab space.
Sutter Health plans to move in several phases from all locations. The first 300 people will move in during the first quarter of next year. It will eventually occupy the entire building.
