Surewest renewed 27,775 square feet in the Lackman Business Park in Lenexa, KS.
The 127,050-square-foot, Class B industrial building at 9701-9755 Lackman Road was delivered in 1980 with major renovations in 2000. Other occupants include Advanced Food Services, All American Property Supply and Heart of America Bolt & Nut, according to CoStar information.
This deal marks more than five years Surewest has occupied this space. Surewest is a provider of residential digital TV, high-speed internet and voice services to the Sacramento, CA, and Kansas City markets.
Matthew Severns of Kessigner/Hunter represented the landlord internally. The tenant was not represented by a broker.
