Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Brian Sullivan as managing director in its government investor services group in Washington, DC.
“Brian brings exceptional credentials and a well-known reputation as a strong, successful leader. He will prove invaluable as we continue to bolster our federal real estate practice," said Mike Ellis, Mid-Atlantic market director at JLL.
The federal real estate expert has more than 25 years of industry experience. Sullivan previously served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.
One of his most notable deals is his co-representation of landlord JBG Cos. in the Department of Health and Human Services’ renewal of its 15-year, 935,386-square-foot lease in Rockville, MD, for which his team won the GWCAR Leasing Transaction of the Year Award.
Sullivan has a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University and completed graduate work at American University's School of Business.
