Studley promoted Josh Hirsh from managing director to become a new corporate managing director in Atlanta.
During his 11 years at the
commercial real estate firm, Hirsh has consistently been a top performer as he represented corporate and law firm tenants. Some of his recent deals are GXS' renewal of 55,000 square feet; Thompson Hine's lease of 32,000 square feet; and Munich RE's renewal of 65,000 square feet.
Hirsh has bachelor's degrees in both real estate finance and Japanese from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
