Studley promoted Jonathan Metzl (pictured far left) and Eric Feinberg (left) within its Chicago office.
Feinberg, a former managing director, was appointed corporate managing director. Feinberg joined the firm in 2002. He has since conducted more than 3.5 million square feet of transactions. His clients include the American Bar Association, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. Feinberg graduated from the University of Rochester and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Metzl, an associate director, was named managing director. Metzl has been with Studley since 2003 and has been credited with more than 2.75 million square feet of transactions. He has represented acclaimed clients PotashCorp, Mesirow Financial and DLA Piper. Metzl graduated from Indiana University.
