Studley promoted three professionals in its strategic portfolio solutions group in Atlanta.
Kelly Evans, a certified project management professional, was named managing director. Previously a director, Evans leads and manages a 5 million square-foot portfolio on the company’s SPS Business Intelligence Portal, which shows a graphical view of client portfolios. Prior to Studley, Evans was a technical project manager at AOS USA Inc. with expertise in computer-aided facility management and CAD services. Evans has a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama.
Ryan Rawls, a CPA, was promoted from assistant director to director. With a finance background, Rawls provides financial analysis, transaction management and strategic consulting to his clients. Before joining Studley, Rawls worked as a senior analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle and a senior financial auditor at Ernst & Young. He has completed approximately 600,000 square feet of deals. Rawls is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He also earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia and currently working on his second masters in real estate at Georgia State University.
Sheena Stone was promoted from manager of business development to director of business development. Stone manages the marketing as well as secures some of the accounts for the SPS group. An active CoreNet Global member, she has experience in corporate real estate proposal, presentation and message development. Prior to Studley, Stone led the marketing and business development program at AOS USA. She is an honor graduate with a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
