Stream Realty Partners promoted Paul Coonrod, Adam Jackson, and Justin Robinson to partners in its Houston, TX, office.
All three have been involved with Stream Realty’s Houston office since its earliest months and have each played a pivotal role in the firm’s success.
Coonrod’s primary responsibilities include leasing, development, and identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. His ideas have resulted in some of Stream Realty’s most high-profile projects in Houston, and have led to the execution of more than 3 million square feet of transactions in the past five years.
Jackson has led in the acquisition and development of numerous Class A office buildings on behalf of the firm and its clients, including the pursuit and eventual closing of a 7 million-square-foot portfolio that spanned across six markets. In addition to his principal activities, he has executed over 1.4 million square feet of leasing transactions during his tenure with Stream Realty.
Robinson specializes in industrial real estate transactions ranging from project leasing to identifying acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. He has built one of the largest and most respected industrial leasing teams in the city of Houston, in addition to a 15 million-square-foot industrial portfolio.
