Texas Real Estate Services Firm Recruiting Brokers in Washington, D.C. and Charlotte Markets
Add Stream Realty Partners to the list of successful regional firms looking to go national.
The Dallas-based outfit is bringing its brand of
commercial real estate services to the East Coast, opening new offices in Washington, D.C. and in Charlotte, N.C., its ninth and tenth locations nationwide. Last year, Stream Realty opened offices in Los Angeles and Denver.
The firm has tapped Kyle Luby (pictured above far left), who opened the firm’s Atlanta office, and Daniel Farrar, a top producer in the company's Austin office, to open the offices in DC and Charlote, respectively, and recruit local talent to the firm.
Luby has been with Stream Realty since 2005 and Farrar has worked for the company for nearly six years. Both brokers were named managing partners.
“We view our expansion into Washington, DC, and Charlotte as an integral part of a continued national growth strategy,” said Luby.
Founded in 1996, Stream Realty has grown from two partners to more than 400 real estate professionals operating throughout the U.S. The Dallas-based firm has a diverse client base and leases and/or manages a portfolio of more than 95 million square feet of industrial, retail and
office space.
