Stream Realty Adds VP to Industrial Team

Bryan O'Hair to Focus on Leasing, Identifying New Opportunities
February 26, 2018
Bryan O'Hair has joined the industrial leasing team at Stream Realty Partners as a vice president.

Based in the firm's Houston office, O'Hair, working underneath Managing Director Matteson Hamilton, will handle lease negotiations as well as identify new leasing opportunities in the Houston market.

O'Hair comes to Stream Realty from USAA Real Estate Co. in San Antonio, where he oversaw 15 million square feet across 12 markets as a director of industrial asset management.

The 11-year industry veteran also brokered roughly 400 industrial lease deals, totaling more than 10 million square feet, at Prologis, where he spent nearly 10 years initially as a leasing manager before being elevated to vice president, leasing officer.

"Due to a dramatic shift in leasing fundamentals, it's been a time of extreme growth for industrial in Houston," said Justin Robinson, managing partner at Stream, which in its last quarterly report recorded the overall Houston industrial market at 4.8 percent vacant.

Stream Realty's current assignments in Houston include First 290 @ Guhn Road, First Industrial Realty Trust's 126,250-square-foot spec distribution center scheduled to deliver later this year.

The company is also developing the Northwest Logistics Center, a speculative distribution complex that at 411,000 square feet is the second largest of its kind in Houston. That project is also under construction and slated to deliver later this year.
